Frances Yates

I began practising and studying yoga over 25 years ago, and trained to teach the discipline with the British Wheel of Yoga in 1975. I subsequently trained and qualified as a registered general nurse, and later as a massage therapist. This progressed to study and a qualification in craniosacral therapy with the Upledger Institute UK. With this experience, I am able to give advice on new ways to look at posture, breathing and relaxation techniques.
