Overview

Price includes accommodation (twin or single room, depending on availability) plus 3 full meals per day (or picnic supplied on request), all prepared with Ayurvedic principles in mind. Any additional activities (see below) are charged separately.

Yoga & Ayurveda

Yoga classes, mantra chanting sessions, meditation, guided relaxation and Ayurvedic consultations are usually available. Other optional extras include massage, reflexology, Qi-gong classes and various other treatments & activities. Please enquire as to availability before you book your holiday to avoid disappointment.
